TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) an international nonprofit weight loss group is dedicated to individual weight loss through sensible eating and group support. Our local Chapter meets on Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. St. Thomas the Apostle at 1500 Brookdale Road, Naperville, Illinois. Membership is $24 yearly. Our Chapter charges an additional $5.00 per month.
